Breath For Birth is an online mini-course to share the 3 most important conscious breathing techniques for use during pregnancy and birthing.
​
As a Doula and Certified Breathwork Facilitator, I've guided countless women through the birthing experience, and with each one, I've seen the amazing power that conscious breathing has to carry a woman through the birthing threshold in a grounded and deeply rooted way.
​
We will explore the science behind how the breath is your most powerful ally during birth, when and how to use each of these top 3 breathing techniques and finally we will practice together weekly in online video sessions so you can master each one. These guided sessions will include a valuable Q&A component at the end so you can take advantage of my Doula experience as well !! All sessions will be recorded and logged in our community forum so you can practice again at home anytime.

BLISS BIRTH

Bliss Birth is a 5 week birth education course based on the model of HypnoBirthing.
​
We will explore how the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous systems operate and how this relates to birthing. We will explore the power of a birthing woman's body and let go the common misconceptions about birth that often inhibit a woman from experiencing the birth that she is truly capable of creating for herself, her baby and her family.
​
We will also explore the power of the breath and how we can use this beautiful gift to create the conditions in the body that will encourage the best scenarios for our birthing experience.
​
Bliss Birth is a full and inclusive prenatal course, offering birthing mothers and families the knowledge and skills necessary for them to move confidently and peacefully into the birthing experience.

All materials included: prenatal and birthing reference book, audio recordings, and birth hypnosis, meditation and relaxation and guides provided.
